Unlike his older siblings, he does not favor Water types. In fact, he has made a point not to use any Water type Pokémon so prove himself to his older brother. He is very competitive, especially with his brother. So his goal is to become the Cerulean City Gym Leader instead of his brother. His first Pokémon was Chimchar because he wanted a Fighting type to battle his brother's Greeninja. He is also traveling through Kanto to beat his brother.

She is currently traveling in Kalos to draw Pokémon in the country landscape.
